Welcome to (quite possibly) the BEST course you will take here at Dallastown Area High School. Yes, Financial Literacy & Economics is a required course for graduation but for a good reason. In here you will begin to develop the skills and strategies that promote personal and financial responsibility related to financial planning, savings, investment, and the wise use of credit. Five broad topics will be the foundation of the course: 
  • College and Career Planning
  • Money Management
  • Savings and Investing
  • Income
  • Spending 
During the next trimester we will be diving into these topics and more including economic principles. Class participation is encouraged as various topics are discussed.
